bambu^® Adds New 'Mini Me' to Lacquerware Collection

March, 2006 - Lawrence, NEW YORK– bambu® the renewable ideas company, introduces a new smaller bowl to the popular matte colored Lacquerware bowl collection. bambu will be showcasing the new ‘Mini Me’s’ Lacquerware products along with over 30 new products for 2006 at the Gourmet Products Show, May 9-11, 2006 in Las Vegas at booth #2422.

The new ‘mini me’s’ add a welcomed and trimmed down version of the popular large serving bowl and the 6” companion bowls. The new ‘mini me’s’ are offered in a hand-sized 4 1/2” diameter and available in the same matte colors as the small and large bowls.

The bambu Lacquerware collection is available in a range of delectable colors; Cantaloupe, Tomato, Blueberry, Lemon Chiffon, Robin Egg Blue, Black, Naked (no color) and new this year for the whole range, Green Apple.

Each Lacquerware bowl is made from hand-coiled bamboo. The bowl is then shaped and finished with our unique lacquering process that impregnates the bowl with 18 layers of natural food-safe lacquer. bambu Lacquerware bowls have been tested and approved for food-safe appropriateness and suitable for both hot and cold foods. The new ‘Mini Me’ has a suggested retail price of $12.
