‘Is coconut the new bamboo?’

Well, you wouldn’t find us making that bold statement, but the editors of MORE magazine raise the question. And as people well know, we are fans of Coconuts….whether we cook with it, drink with it or…now serve in it. Ever since we began our Coconut shell reclaim program in Vietnam and introduced the world to our Coco Bowls, people have been gravitating towards these unique bowls. They love the colors, and love the irregular and oh-so-organic shapes…each shell slightly different than the others. People find all sorts of uses for them, a starter with a dip, Asian-inspired salads, or a pumpkin soup (with coconut milk, naturally. Or no food at all and instead, a fun colorful catch-all.

Below, the December/January issue of More magazine – For Women of Style and Substance. This looks to be a superb publication; its sharp design, and clean layout matches up well with meaningful editorial.
