Fine Cooking – June 2011 (again)
The June issue of Fine Cooking is a goodie. Grilling, a focus on watermelon (yes, you can grill watermelon too!), and packing a lunch – gourmet style.
The same issue did a focus on our new fabulous Soft Cork Bowls (posted here). In thumbing through the issue again, we spotted another of our bambu products in the pages of the same issue of Fine Cooking. Coffee – rubbed pork tenderloin on our bambu Medium Classic Cutting Board. Nice – on all accounts. The recipe is worth checking out too. We have done similar coffee rubs for Fish Tacos….these also go great on bambu (shameless self-promotion- sorry!). Enjoy.
