Customer Satisfaction

At bambu, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We strive to provide an enjoyable and positive experience for our customers.

Unless otherwise specified, bambu will use its best efforts to ship all merchandise within 3 business days of purchase. Delivery dates are estimates only. Bambu is only able to accept and ship orders in the United States.

Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply follow the instructions below.

Returns/Exchanges

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the merchandise within 30 days for an exchange or refund in the form of original payment.
The item returned must be in its original packaging in salable condition. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Shopping With Us
bambu reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders at its sole discretion.

Prices
Prices are subject to change without notice. bambu reserves the right to accept or refuse, cancel or limit any order if there is an incorrect price.

Sales Tax
Tax is charged on orders with New York or New Jersey shipping addresses. Shipments to New York include 8.875% tax computed after adding shipping and handling and express delivery charges. Shipments to New Jersey include 7% tax before adding shipping and handling and express delivery charges.
