In the summer issue of Shanghai Centre, the cover story features 'anthropologist turned chef' Tzu-i Chuang. Shown on the cover here, Tzu-i is a speaker at TED Conference, and author of Anthropologist in the Kitchen. She is also the creator of numerous popular videos which can be viewed on Youtube here (in Chinese). Find her blog here.
We were thrilled to see our products front and center in her kitchen. Her veggies are stored in our large Oval Nesting Basket. And she's cutting tomatoes on one of our favorite bamboo cutting boards, the Hybrid Board.
