I began chemotherapy treatment for cancer recently and was advised by others who have gone through this experience that metal utensils may be challenging due to neuropathy and other changes in the mouth. I decided to try bamboo utensils before these changes occurred and I was very happy with the quality. I didn’t feel I had to adjust anything, like precutting meats for example, because the bamboo are up to the task of metal forks, spoons, and knives. I am still uncertain how my side effects will present, but it’s nice to know I have these utensils as an option if things get challenging. And even if I don’t experience the symptoms I was concerned about, these are great for packing in a lunch to go or serving with dinner for guests! Very versatile, reasonably priced, and I give myself 10/10 for purchasing them!
These appetizer plates are perfect for parties. Our guests are always impressed when we use Bambu plates. Sturdy, elegant, and compostable.

I liked that they were washable, but they did warp a little. The food didn't stain the plates.
