A cutting board that works as hard as you do. The Undercut Series is designed for every stage of meal prep — chop, serve, carry, and set down, all without breaking a sweat or spilling a crumb.

The secret is in the undercut: a built-in handhold that makes it effortless to transfer food from board to bowl, board to plate, or kitchen to table. No more cupping your hand along the edge hoping nothing falls.

Each board is crafted from FSC®-certified 100% bamboo, constructed with a water-based, food-grade adhesive imported from Europe (no formaldehyde), and finished with food-safe wood oil. Sustainably harvested, beautifully made.

We ship Monday through Friday from Salt Lake City, Utah. We ship within 2 business days for nearly all orders. Orders placed before 11 am Pacific Time may ship out the same day you order. Because we process orders with expediency, we may not always be able to cancel or amend an order before it ships. If you need to cancel or amend your order, please live chat with us or email [email protected].

Currently, we are only able to ship to US addresses. We will update our policy when this changes.

Cost of Shipping:

We periodically review the shipping costs provided by the carriers to ensure we offer customers the best current options available.

The shipping rate for your order is calculated by the carrier, based on the weight of your order and your destination.

bambu is pleased to offer Everyday Free Ground Shipping* on orders over $95.00. Orders will ship via UPS Ground and must ship to a physical address (no PO Boxes). UPS Ground typically delivers within 2-5 business days, depending on your location. If your order is time-sensitive, please chat with us or email [email protected] to discuss your options.

*For Alaska and Hawaii Customers: Shipping via USPS 1st Class to Alaska or Hawaii can take several weeks. If you require faster delivery, we suggest using Priority Mail. Our Everyday Free Ground Shipping offer is not available to customers in Alaska, Hawaii or outside the contiguous US.

Expedited Shipping:

If you have an urgent need to receive items for an event, we recommend you reach out prior to placing your order to inquire about your best shipping options. We are here to help check shipping times to ensure your order is received in time for your event. Customer Care is available on live chat from 7 am to 4 pm (Pacific time) Monday through Friday.

Note: Do not select USPS Priority Mail or USPS Ground Advantage if your order is time sensitive. USPS does not guarantee delivery in the time quoted and is not recommended for urgent orders.

It should be noted that FedEx and USPS may experience unavoidable delays in package delivery due to unforeseen weather conditions or peak volume times.

We are not responsible for delays in the UPS, FedEx or USPS delivery networks. While we make every attempt to ship your order in a timely manner, we do not have control over the final delivery date of your package.

Damaged or Missing Items:

Items that have been damaged in transit or found to be missing must be reported within 48 hours of package delivery. Send an email to [email protected] with your name and order number, and include photos of the item and the shipping carton.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses:

Bambu does not assume responsibility for orders with incorrect shipping addresses. If the order is shipped to an incorrect address provided by a customer, the customer is responsible for any additional re-send costs.

Late or Lost Packages:

Sometimes, packages get lost, delayed, or stolen in transit. We know that can be frustrating, but in most cases, we find that packages do turn up within a few days. If your tracking shows the package has been delivered, please check all areas where a package may have been left. FedEx or UPS will usually include a photo of the location where your package was delivered on the tracking page. If your package has not turned up within 2 business days, please reach out to us. We can often assist you with filing a claim with the carrier.

When properly cared for, your bamboo board can last for years to come. Follow these tips for best results:

Hand wash in hot, soapy water, then wipe dry
Revive the natural shine of your bamboo products with an all-natural oil
Smooth away any signs of wear by lightly sanding the surface of your board with a fine grain sandpaper
Not recommended for dishwasher or prolonged soaking
Not recommended for use in the microwave

Great cutting board.
Do not like that is made in China!!

Hi there, we are sorry you feel that way! There is a lot of minsformation out there around producing in China, but we Proudly make our products where the bamboo we use grows natively and organically. We have worked with the same family owned production group for over 2 decades and all of our items are hand finished, as well as carry many certifications! As a B-corp, sustainability is one of our biggest driving factors so we do everything in our ability to use sustainable materials and maintain as sustainable of a supply chain as we can. Size Matters

I think the little cutting board is beautiful, but it actually is a lot smaller than I thought it was going to be even though it did give the dimensions. Next time I would order a larger one.

Healthier

I bought these cutting boards and I couldn't be happier, I love them. They are good quality, strong and well made. The undercut is a plus, making it easier to grab one off the counter. Even though it's not required, I'm taking good care of them by hand washing only and oiling them about once a week or so with mineral oil. Yes they get knife marks but so what? That just means I'm getting good use out of them! Anyway, ALL cutting boards no matter what they're made of, are going to get knife marks on them! I got rid of all my plastic cutting boards and have since invested in wood and bamboo boards. I call it an investment because what could be more important than what we eat, what we put in our mouths? These boards are all natural so I feel very confident that they are much healthier. And now I won't be getting plastic bits or chemicals along with the fruits, vegetables and meats I cut or slice on them!

Nice cutting boards

I REALLY wish these were dishwasher safe! It makes me uncomfortable to cut meat on these and not be able to sanitize them in the dishwasher. Besides that, I've cut on these many times over the past few weeks and the boards still look brand new. I do recommend them if you don't mind only handwashing them!

Fantastic high quality board

Great board everything I was looking for. This board was rated highly by Mamavation, being high in all the right qualities and low in all the bad things. Very solid, nice looking, sturdy board, I feel confident when using it that I have dramatically lowered any chemicals coming from the board and going into our mouths and bodies.

a clean cutting board

I found this cutting board on the Mamavation website. This is such a great little cutting board. I love the raised edges, so it’s easy to move around on the counter and pick up. It keeps my knife sharp and it doesn’t seem to scratch easily.

Great boards

I have already reviewed these boards. To repeat in just 3 words: They are great!

These bamboo cutting boards are beautiful and strong. After about 6 months of frequent use, they still look and function great and I anticipate they will last a long time. With proper care, I haven't noticed any bad smell or other defects.

Loosing its glue

Bought the 9x14 undercut some months ago. Always hand washed. Discovered a split in the board today. Disappointed in having it split after only some months especially given the cost and promises.

Love these cutting boards! They are a great size for everyday use. The quality is excellent!
Customer support is amazing. One of my cutting boards arrived split in half (the box looked like it had been dropped a few times). I emailed customer service with a picture and they sent me a new board. I love all the products I've purchased from Bambu!

I ordered the small bamboo

I ordered the small bamboo board a few weeks ago and have been loving it. The thickness and weight of it make it not move around easily while the undercut make it easy to pick up unlike my other wood cutting boards. I prefer bamboo for its antimicrobial attributes. Looking forward to ordering another one!
